Marina Village Condominiums is an upscale retirement complex near the Land Between the Lakes recreation area in western Kentucky. It consists of 18 units, all with a view of Lake Barkley.
Elder Construction, Inc. completed this Starbucks Coffee store in Kentucky's capitol city. This wood frame construction was built in the bitter cold, but on-time and within budget. Elder Construction, Inc. has also completed a second Starbucks Coffee location at the Paddock Shops, in eastern Louisville, KY.
This two-story senior apartment building is located on the property of St. Michael the Archangel Orthodox Church (another Elder Construction, Inc. project). The apartment building contains sixteen ADAaccessible units, each with its own kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. There is a multi-purpose room and a community room on the first floor.
