This Goodwill building, located at 4109 Taylorsville Road in Louisville, has become the top revenue producer in Kentucky. The brick and block one story building includes offices, extensive merchandise display areas, bathrooms, and a car and truck drop-off canopy.

St. Michael Orthodox Church

Louisville, KY

This educational building includes classrooms for pre-schoolers through teenagers. The building includes a choir room and a drive-up entry canopy at the front of the church. Elder Construction, Inc. also built new street signage for the parish.

St. Paisius Orthodox Monastery

Safford, AZ

Elder Construction, Inc. completed the construction of the monastery's Church of the Holy Virgin. The monastery is located in a remote area of Arizona's Sonoran desert. The firm resolved logistical and major structural issue to raise the domes into place, framed the complex interior, installed windows and doors, installed decorative flooring and supervised the installation of the electrical, plumbing and HVACsystems, as well as the interior plaster and exterior stucco work.

Elder Construction, Inc. completed three projects for us this year…relocations of our Pharmacy, Deli, Bakery, Dairy, Meats and Produce, removed existing slabs and installation of new entrance vestibules and drive-thru pharmacy lanes. These stores remained open 24-hours while the renovations were on-going. Elder performed their work with little, or no more inconvenience than can be expected during these major renovations.

Elder was sensitive to the needs of scheduling, whether working a second shift or working one shift late in the evening when customer traffic was not as busy. Elder worked well with other trades …workmanship was more than acceptable and prices very competitive…Elder was responsive and client-driven.
